*. Order is always on Proforma Invoice, we do not offer any credit facility.
*. Minimum order is $200 (excl. GST)
*. Prices quoted are subject to change without notice due to factory prices and exchange rates
Prices invoiced will be those in force at the time of delivery.
*. Freight charges will be included on invoice at cost via our assigned courier unless otherwise arranged.
*. For delivery in Sydney Metropolitan area, the freight charged is $12.00/box (excl. GST) only.
*. All goods remain the property of HC until payment is received.
*. Back orders will be held for 60 days.
*. HC must be notified of all breakages and damages within 7 days of receipt of goods, for claims to be
made.
*.When the claim is made,we will only accept exchange or replace with similar goods,no refund is applicable.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

I. Capis Shell
1. Our main products were made from recycled Capiz Shells (Scallop) which means  the shell was the left over after the inside flesh was taken for sale therefor it is environment safe.

2. They were soaked with chemical until soft, bleached ,baked and dry out. Finally it was hand replenished with resin until it met the desired thickness. The finished products will have the mother of pearly looked. They final look surpassed any other material like wood, metal, ceramic and glass.

II. Mother of  Pearl Shell

1. Our premium shell products are made from the real Mother of Pearl Shells. They are
also made from the recycle shells after the precious pearls were taken.

2. They were cleaned and sandpaper very carefully until the natural shining of pearly shell came out. They were cut into different sizes to meets its functions. Most of the time they look very stunning when they are cut into few centimeters sizes and joined together like mosaic tiles.

CARE INSTRUCTION

1.They can be washed manually but not dishwasher proof. Hand wash only with mild soap.
2.Do not soak in water for long periods of time
3.They can be used to put food, warm or cold, and any type of sauce, oil, and vinegar without damaging the surface.
4.Do not use as a cutting surface. Knives and sharp objects will scratch and mark the surface.
